Mixed Metaphors on Iraq

[From reading this article one would have to conclude that the U.S. is currently riding the back of a tiger in Iraq. Or to change metaphors, if and when we reduce our huge military and financial outlays in Iraq, such may light the fuse of a bomb ready to explode into civil war -- or a host of them all at once.
