Rudy's Pissyfit
Those of us who live in NYC know Rudy's temper tantrums all too well -- he must be some sort of spouse and parent! His latest attack on Hillary Clinton is all too typical -- distorting the facts to justify a vicious attack. Senator Clinton does not need defense from others. Any who heard her comments to General Petraeus and Ambassador Crocker know that they were fully respectful, if skeptical. More so than some of those of Republicans in fact.
But Rudy had to do his usual. Could cite a long list of such -- and with some of his dubious protégés who have been disclosed to be somewhat less than honest. He, too, was on the way out prior to 9/11 with massive budget deficits, not much going well anywhere.
But then, having located his emergency command headquarters in the obvious target that tumbled after it was hit, he strode about the city making self-serving pronouncements about rescuing us all. In fact he allowed those working on the pile to be exploited by crooked sub-contractors who did not pay them, participated in the cover-up of the hazards of the clean-up to health, and sent a threatening letter to all who worked there at the conclusion of their efforts.
He is not Mr. Nice Guy, nor does he have any qualifications to lead our country -- none in foreign affairs and he was prior to becoming our mayor a second rate federal prosecutor -- many of the cases he brought were tossed out of court.
You will not find a majority of New Yorkers ready to vote for Rudy by any stretch. And his attitude towards women in general should cut that constituency to near nil -- would like to see the poll figure on same.
