Krugman on the Wide Divide Between the Major Parties

[Pretty obviously the Republicans are now divided into 3 parties -- religious conservative, money libertarians, and the war obsessed. Given the ugly attacks their party has fashioned on Democrats in recent years, one scarcely sees a middle ground -- pace Nunn and Cohen and Bloomberg.
