Republicans Return to Personal Attack Mode

Aware that they cannot win campaigns this year on the issues which reflect the disasters of 7 Bush years -- Iraq and a floundering economy -- it is apparent that the Republicans are reverting to the smear tactics that they employed in the 2004 election. This says much about McCain who has tried to present himself as Mr. Nice guy rather than the right wing multimillionaire with money interests (e.g. taxes on the rich) that he is. What do you think?
