Now nations representing 80% of the populations of South America have put in place governments that have had it with the U.S. and are turning elsewhere for their support and economic interactions. The one good thing about Bush having tied us down in Iraq is that we no longer have the military resources to take on our neighbors south of the border.

And so it is no longer going our way!
